I refer you to the blog written about Dan Kelly. The institution does a lot for the poor, and would do more if given the opportunity. Presently the poor deliver a type of travail to the hospital, for since they cannot afford the clinic, they use the ER, which is a terrible financial loss to the institution that happens to be the largest employer in the county.
