This fair is designed for individuals who are seeking assistance or have questions regarding the purchase of a home or the renovation of their existing home.  Agencies scheduled to give presentations include USDA Rural Development, North Dakota Housing Finance Agency, North Central Planning Council, Dakota Prairie Community Action and local lenders/real estate agents.

Grantwriting: Getting the Results that you Want,is an all day workshop that will be held on April 23rd in Devils Lake and April 24th in Jamestown.  Dr. Lynette Krenelka will be the instructor and she will help you think about grants that may assist your community.  For more information and to register, please refer to the brochure below.

Concerned about your community and its long term viability?  A community endowment fund is a permanent fund that generates interest to be used for community benefit; the principal is never used.  A community endowment fund allows communities to access the benefits of a community foundation, without the overhead expense. 

The North Dakota Community Foundation is offering a number of one-day workshops for residents across the state.
